What is your delivery time?
We deliver across Pakistan. Orders typically arrive within 3 to 5 working days. During promotions or high seasons, delivery may take a little longer.
Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan. You can also pay online via JazzCash / EasyPaisa or bank transfer.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel with clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
